Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives any name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you send us a message, we receive its contents and use them to answer.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand page use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may rely on cookies or comparable technology.
How Data Is Used
Data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Websites
County and state portals, archives, library collections, and outside search tools have separate privacy policies. Those policies control information submitted after you follow a link. A third party also supplies sponsored search results.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process routine logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the technical data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires it.
Data Safeguards
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the site. Logs are retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Because users create no accounts, we store no account password or profile for you.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, applies to covered consumer health data, while Washington lacks a broad general consumer-privacy act comparable to some states. Other laws may give you rights to access, correct, or delete data a website holds. We search our contact mailbox and relevant logs when a valid request arrives. Use the Contact page. Public records held by Washington, Clark County, or Camas agencies remain under the custodian's control. The Washington Public Records Act, chapter 42.56 RCW, governs access to nonexempt agency records, not deletion from our systems.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
